Dear Sirs,

my name is Stefan, I am 27 years old and I live in Austria in central Europe.

I am a graduate from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences with a tourism management master degree and I am currently getting everything ready for my time in Beijing – I will be there for at least 2 years to learn Chinese and I am also looking for a new challenge in my career. I will be available for a long term part time employment.

I have a strong touristic and managerial background with a hospitality management diploma from Salzburg’s famous Tourism Schools Klessheim. Another one of my key competences is marketing, especially online with a focus on social web. I wrote a very successful research master thesis about the use of web 2.0 and online social networks for travel destination marketing. Also I am trained in search engine marketing and in online marketing in general. Currently I am working as a social web marketer in an Austrian web agency.

Next to studying at university I have taken extra classes to learn Chinese for 3 Semesters so far and I have been on summer camps in Beijing to learn about Chinese language and culture twice.

I am an Austrian citizen and I grew up bilingually speaking German and English. In addition I hold a TOEFL certification as well as a certificate for Spoken English in Industry and Commerce from the London Chamber of Commerce.

My work experiences include several years of being a CEO’s assistant which also involved all online marketing agendas. Before that I took several trainee positions, also in hospitality as well as in luxury goods retail. As a freelancer I do some basic web design and website optimization as well as small enterprise marketing – online and offline. I also have a teaching certificate and I have been a private tutor for kids and teenagers as well as for adults.
