Customer Service International Freight Forwarding

Job Description

  • To handle customer requests, arrange pick-ups and answer inquiries about package deliveries.
  • To follow shipments status with operation team in China,HKG and overseas;
  • Check documentations / pre-alert and POD
  • Invoicing follow-up: daily and monthly reports, invoices preparation, statements checking.

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
  • College degree or above, preferable International trade/Logistics major
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented
  • Willing and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Mandatory Proficiency in English (min CET4 level)
  • PC knowledge (MS Office)
