We have lots for you to do:
As project manager you plan, execute and finalize projects concerning film, print and realtime productions related to 3D high-end visualization within the automotive, aircraft and consumer goods markets according to strict deadlines and within budget. For this you handle typical CGI content productions (web, print, movie) as well as different RTT solution packages and customized solutions for show rooms and events as well as full package solutions including process consulting and CGI data preparation. In addition to acquiring resources and coordinating team members and external service providers in order to deliver projects according to plan, you define the project’s objectives and oversee quality assurance throughout its life cycle. In close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders you proactively identify potential issues, ensure that these are dealt with in an efficient manner and track project milestones and deliverables. Moreover you coach, mentor, motivate and supervise the project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks. Last but not least you conduct project evaluation and create recommendation reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
About you:
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management including all aspects of process development, execution and personnel management. You know how to deal with project management software like MS Project or Merlin and have a good knowledge in CGI productions and its specifics. Furthermore you are able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and your reaction to project adjustments and alterations is prompt and efficient. Your strengths are your outstanding analytical, communication and team skills that allow you to quickly gain acceptance of highly qualified teams. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way and your extrovert and open-minded personality helps you to build up and strengthen relations to the respective decision makers. You are fluent in English and you feel comfortable in an international environment. Technical competence in 2D/3D visualization software as well as basics in German and Chinese are an advantage.
