Technical Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Qualification
• University 1st degree in technical construction discipline.

Knowledge & Experience
• Likely to have a technical biased construction consulting background, with experience of day-to-day resource management and regular direct client contact. An appreciation of all main technical disciplines – architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical and quantity surveying – would also be an advantage. Requires a good knowledge of commercial and contract issues.

General Skill
• Strong leadership and team skills, ability to manage under pressure, able to maintain control and focus in workshop/meeting environments;

Functional Skill
• Good inter-personal skills, oral and written English communication skills, ability to work across and acquire appropriate knowledge of the full spectrum of technical disciplines for construction projects and clients processes.
