Key Account / Account Manager (Native German Speaker)

IT Resources’ business includes the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructures and corporate connectivity.

Job description
IT Resources is currently looking for a native German speaker to form part of its Enterprise Sales (ES) Team located in Shanghai. You will work in a multicultural team and service major international clients, especially from German speaking countries. The team currently has 15 team members in Shanghai and Beijing from 4 countries.

Job contents and responsibilities:

  • Find and acquire new customers for ES
  • Represent ITR (and ITR’s values) to customers and partners
  • Act as internal advocate for customers
  • Internal coordination of projects (with presales, purchasing etc)
  • Quotation (Excel) and bidding for projects
  • Integration in the multicultural sales team

Depending on your qualifications you may qualify for an Account Manager or Key Account Manager position. As a KAM you will have immediate responsibility over major accounts and direct team members located in various locations.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing with strong sales drive and can-do attitude, proven sales record
  • Detailed oriented (email, quotations, proposals, etc)
  • Strategic and creative (sales strategy)
  • Flexible and mature (ability to react on changing business environment)
  • Self-starter who performs well in a changing environment
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams as well as independently
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • IT background is good, but strong interest in IT is enough if other skills are strong
  • Languages: Native German, fluent English, intermediate Chinese
