Union Investment Consultancy is a Chinese consulting company established in the year 2000. The company is headquartered in Dongguan, China which lies in the Pearl River Delta and is about 1.5 hours away from Hongkong by car.

Union is specialized in consulting foreign enterprises and individuals to successfully establish business in China. With in-depth knowledge of local regulations, Western and Eastern business cultures as well a large network; Union offers professional and reliable consulting services in the areas of market research, market entry, business development and promotion.

Union also offers a large range of industry related services. With much experience in the moulding, machinery and related industry and a large network of foreign experts, Union offers technology consulting to Chinese factories. Union mainly offers services such as technology transfer, technology upgrade, quality control etc.

Due to a large range of international projects we are looking for an internship to support our team.

Position requirements:

• German/Swiss nationality
• Technical background preferred
• Experience in moulding, machinery or environmental is a plus
• Fluent in English language; Chinese language preferred
• Affinity for China and understanding of Chinese culture
• Availability for at least 6 months

The intern will be responsible for business development and project management. The intern will take care of ongoing projects in the Chinese market and also develop strategies for further business development in Europe.

Job arrangements:

• The intern will be based in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
• Position to be filled from Feb 2012
