Technical Manager

A subsidiary company of a German manufacturer is currently setting up a new plant in Guangzhou, therefore they are looking for a qualified Technical Manager.

- The salary will depend on the candidate's experience

Responsibilities:
- Setting up the new production side with employers
- Set up and control design department
- Modify Basic design of machines according to local needs
- Quality control for purchased parts and components

Requirements:
- Technical background
- Several years of experience in assembly of machines
- Experience with electronic controls
- Several years of experience of managing the production department
- Excellent organizing skills
- High reliability/sense of responsibility
- Native German (or equivalent level of language skill)
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Hands-on mentality
