Job Description:

• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan
• Effectively interact with lab staff and project engineers
• Ensuring compliance with international standards
• Setting up and maintaining control and documentation procedures
• Supervision of technical staff in carrying out laboratory tests
• Writing technical reports and carrying out internal audits
• Efficiency improvement of internal work flows

Job Requirement:

• Being analytical and thorough
• 8-10 years working experience (does not have to be related to lab work)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German of advantage
• Expatriate
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be independent and able to set up QMS and procedures
