Customer Service Traineeship/Manager

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via e-mail, phone and chat.
• Solve problems of our customers to ensure a good customer satisfaction
• Provide native-speaking Customer Service for one of our targeting markets in World

Requirements:
• Currently finishing up your academic training or professional education
• Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
• People person with interest in social networking
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and off course in your mother tongue: French,German,Italian and Spanish
