Function of Employee
Sales engineer for “Large Engine Dynamometers”
Sales manager and Technical Sales Support for the Chinese market and Chinese customers(can be extended for other Asian countries)

Responsibilities of the Position
1. Keep in close contact with our existing customers
2. Find business opportunities with existing and new customers
3. Grasp the content of customer requirements accurately and offer technical solutions
4. Discuss and negotiate offers technically
5. Acquire product knowledge (Technical Sales Supporter function)
6. Feedback customer requirements and report the market movements
7. Visit all possible customer frequently
8. Be involved in the design and compliance with global business processes as they relate to the product and the services of the company and the group

Job Requirements
1. Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a specialized training in accordance with proven, successful experience
2. Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering, primarily large engines
3. Basic knowledge of structure and function of combustion engines
4. Professional experience (more than 3 years preferred)

• In the large engine industry
• With sales and customer service activity
• Basic knowledge of the Chinese contract and commercial law

5. Chinese and English (or German) language business fluent
6. Ability to open, clear and targeted communication with internal and external communication and business partners
7. Willingness to do domestic and international travelling especially Asian countries
