Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting to: Project Manager
Travelling: Yes, within China
Responsibilities:
+Lead the development and implementation of a new project coordination structure for branch company, Yizheng
+ Develop and implement detailed status reporting formats and processes for all relevant areas
+ Act as on-site PM steering committee liaison and facilitator between local stakeholders and PM office
+ Implement a comprehensive standards tracking database at branch company and supervise and audit adherence by company for all new projects
+ Represent company at all PM reporting events and workshops
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in English, Master degree is preferred
+ In depth knowledge of automotive assembly processes
+ 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
+ At least 3 years project experience with focus on technical projects
+ Rich product line experience
+ Good understanding of all normal computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, PPT, etc
+ Familiarity with IPAD or other applications development and relational database manipulation is a plus
+ Highly personable and able to present confidently to the highest levels of management
+ Mature and confident appearance and behaviors
+ Fluent (written and spoken) in German, Chinese and English
+ Willing to work and live in Shanghai
+ Willingness to travel within China
