We are a medium size and dynamic export company based in Shanghai (Jing’An area) and involved in renewable energy business with annual triple digit growth. Our core product is solar module. To strengthen our sales team we are offering a position to a motivated German professionalto join our international team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious professional looking for a stable position for the next few years at least.

Job requirements:

• Be able to carry out products studies to gain deep understanding of all the aspects of the product (quality weakness/technical data/certification/competitiveness/ benchmarking…).
• Be comfortable with the telephone. While in office you are expected to spend most of the time prospecting on the phone to source new clients and promoting new products to existing clients.
• Exploit the company’s customer database
• You will focus on your country market with possibilities on other European/American markets.
• Be able to write and speak English
• Be able to use Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook…) is a must
• Basic graphic design would be appreciated (Photoshop, Illustrator…)
• Negotiate supply contracts with clients. This includes receiving purchase orders, issuing invoices and sales contracts, and handling all the transportation documentation to the client. (training will be provided)
• Liaise with our logistic staff to follow up shipments

Profile:
Proactive, dynamic, outgoing, target driven, comfortable on the phone, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Real sales profile, sales background appreciated (backed with figures), proven taste for challenge (or ready to take up challenges)
English speaker (high level to fluent)
Bachelor or Master Degree
Major in sales or marketing

Other information:
Starting date: as soon as possible
Compensation: fixed salary according to candidate’s profile + incentives. The successful candidate can expect to make between 70k and 100k in the first year and well over 100k the following years.
