Senior Firmware Developer for EV Motor Drive/高级软件研发工程师
On behalf of our client, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Chinese speaking Senior Firmware Developer. This position will be a permanent role and based in the Changzhou or Shanghai.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible for firmware design of EV motor drive, including requirement development, product design and validation.
2. Architectural design of inverter firmware, program structuralization and function modularization.
3. Theoretical analysis, simulation and verification of motor control algorithm.
4. Organize unit test and integration test.
5. Ensure firmware design meets the specifications of function and performance.
6. Documentation of firmware development.
COMPETENCIES
1. Electrical engineering major or the relevant, master degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in motor drive. Experience in automotive power train is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in AC motor (induction motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor) control algorithm, such as PWM, vector control or direct torque control, flux weakening, etc.
4. Proficient in C programming language with MCU, application of micro peripherals, etc.
5. Familiar with automotive (or industrial) software development process.
6. Good English skills in reading and writing.
7. Inverter hardware design experience preferred.

3.对交流异步电机或永磁同步电机的运行机理和数学模型有较深入的了解，熟悉各种电机控制算法，如PWM调制、矢量控制或直接转矩控制、弱磁控制等。
4. 熟悉基于C语言的嵌入式编程，微处理器外设的应用。
5. 熟知汽车领域或工业领域嵌入式软件的开发流程。
6. 良好的英语读写能力。
7. 有电机控制硬件开发经验优先。
