German Speaking Helpdesk Engineer-Native Speaker

Responsibility:
Provide service to customer via phone or Email in the manner of polite and professional way
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process
Trouble shooting and resolve customer’s daily IT related problem at 1st level
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed
Record and update ticket information in time
Requirements:
German native speaker.
Fluent German and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating System, Office 2003. Familiar with Network(TCP/IP), application(SAP) will be a plus.
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers
Able to take night shift. (15:00-23:30)
At least 3 days a week.
