We have lots for you to do:
Our sales force promotes solutions along the entire product life cycle based on our unique software portfolio and service offering. As an entrepreneurial spirited Junior Account Manager you support and assist the Account Director on the overall account management of a major accounts as well as the development of new accounts. You take over a certain area of the whole account and serve as a business contact for the client. Furthermore you provide regular two-way communication between the customer and the team, set proper client expectations and ensure that these are met. In close collaboration with the project team you identify potential issues, ensure that these are dealt with in an efficient manner and inform the account director of the project status. Last but not least you evaluate the completion of all processes and procedures, the compliance with quality standards as well as the profitability of the projects.
About you:
You have at least 1 year of account/project management experience and know how to deal with the creating, maintaining and enhancing of customer relationships. You have a good knowledge in selling complex solutions and services and are able to understand and to assist needs of design, engineering, sales and marketing departments. You are used to communicating with C-level executives and dealing with company policy. Your strength is a proactive, self dependent and problem solving attitude. Understanding of Multi Media, CGI, 2D and 3D software as well as a passion for service excellence complete your profile. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way and your extrovert and open-minded personality helps you to build up and strengthen relations to the respective decision makers. You have outstanding team and communication skills, you are fluent in English and Chinese and you feel comfortable in an international environment.
