With RTT only reaching its 12th birthday this year, we are still relatively young. However, we have grown quite a lot over the past 12 years. We now have over 490 employees enjoying the day-to-day challenge of developing powerful images for customers such as Toyota, Porsche and Lamborghini. In addition to our headquarters in Munich, we have offices in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Brussels, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles, Detroit, Seoul and Tokyo. But we’re not going to stop there. After all, we are in an innovative sector with a bright future. We support companies with their product development and marketing by means of technology and services centred around 3D high-end visualization and virtual reality. In short, we make products shine brightly, be it for design or marketing purposes or both.
We have lots for you to do:
This position involves being part of our creative team in China. This team is responsible for the creation of concepts in the areas of film, print and web, and assists with the entire production process from a qualitative perspective. You are passionate about print and film productions, as well as the design of interactive applications, and you provide our team with creativity and have a structured approach to your work. In addition, you are able to implement best-practices and design guidelines right down to the last detail, link sophisticated concepts with a powerful visual look & feel, and don’t shy away from converting a film concept into a storyboard. During the implementation of projects you will work in close cooperation with the account director, developers and 2D/3D graphic artists.
About you:
You have completed a relevant training program or hold a degree with a creative focus and can offer solid professional experience in the field of design. Your strengths include print, film and web design and you have a talent for design, interaction and animation. You are also experienced in working with Photoshop and Illustrator and have a thorough understanding of modern design as well as high quality standards. You feel comfortable in an international environment and your written and spoken English is fluent. German and Chinese language skills would also be beneficial.
