Project Support Intern

Allowance: Unpaid for 2 month internships, 1,000 RMB/month for 6 month internship from the third month on
Location: Beijing, China.
Daily tasks:
- Updating and completing client database
- Updating and completing performers database
- Preparing e-newsletters for our marketing outreach
- Proof-reading proposals and emails sent to clients by the Chinese employees
- Miscellaneous preparation work for events, and on-site support
Requirements:
- Active interest for event management & the art scene (visual and/or performing arts)
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Spoken Chinese is a plus
- Dynamic, organized
- Knowledge of photo, video, web editing software is a plus
- Own a laptop
Remarks:
For the above, we require a minimum of 2 months internship period, on a non-paid basis.
Within these 2 months, if the intern shows great organizational and communication skills, initiative, and professional attitude, then we are happy to entrust him/her with more responsibilities, such as organizing events and handling clients and/or artists.
In that case:
- the intern will be paid a monthly indemnity of 1,000 RMB (from the moment the intern takes on greater responsibilities)
- the intern needs to commit for an other 3 months minimum.
