EHS Supervisor/Manager position in Dalian (China)

Dear all,
I am currently looking for qualified candidates for an EHS Supervisor/Manager position in Dalian. Employer is a well-known European enterprise. The salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Description:
+ Set up and improve the environment/health/safety institution processes
+ Lead, develop and motivate a team of young professionals
+ Make the environment/health/safety working plan according to company’s development and monitor the relevant department implementation
+ Maintain and improve the environmental management system by ISO14001 regulations
+ Deal with local authorities
+ Provide technical support to employment security to keep operation of company
+ Regularly organize vocational health and security management trainings
+ Manage and monitor factory’s emission and environment pollution status in compliance with all laws
Requirements:
+ College bachelor degree or above with a major in environmental/quality management or similar
+ 5-8 years experience in environmental/quality management in manufacturing companies
+ At least 3 years of team management experience
+ Proficient in office, SAP and other office management software
+ Knowledge of all relevant and applicable standards for EHS Management
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Fluent in English, written and spoken
+ German language ability would be a big plus
