As a Specialist Testing Electrics / Electronics you will be responsible for the

• System test and validation of vehicle electronics hardware and software.
• Maintenance and update of test setups and measurement equipment.
• Execution of tests and testcases.
• Programming and execution of automated test setups in a test automation framework.
• Execution of testcases, recording of errors and results in reports and error reporting systems.
• Updating hardware and software of test setups and electronic control units (ECU).
• Programming and execution of automated test setups in a test automation framework.
• Performing regular tests of the BMW iDrive entertainment system, resulting in error reports.
• Confirmation of bugfixes and feature improvements.
• Adjust existing testcases to the Chinese market.
• Maintain and extend current laboratory test setups linke in wiring and hardware installations.
• Regulaly contact the relevant departments in the German headquarter.

Qualification

• Engineering degree (master or bachelor with international studies) in automotive / electrical / computer / communications engineering or similar.
• Basic programming skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license which is at least 2 years old and very good driving capabilities resulting from regular car usage.
• Excellent language skills in English (written and oral); German language skills desired.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-task environment.
