As a Specialist Testing and Support Electrics / Electronics you will be responsible for the

• Execution of testcases including road tests, recording of errors and results in reports and error reporting systems.
• Updating hardware and software of test setups and electronic control units (ECU).
• Programming and execution of automated test setups in a test automation framework.
• Performing regular tests of the BMW ConnectedDrive system, resulting in error reports and feedback for agent training.
• Confirmation of bugfixes and feature improvements.
• Adjusting of existing testcases to the Chinese market.
• Maintaining and extending of current test setups .
• Supporting of the coordination of internal and external partners for Connected Drive China.

Qualification

Engineering degree (master or bachelor with international studies) in automotive / electrical / computer / communications engineering or similar field of study.

• Working experience in Call Center desired.
• Understanding of automotive telecommunication.
• Basic programming skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent language skills in Chinese and English (written and oral); German language skills highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license, at least 2 years of driving practise and very good driving capabilities resulting from regular car usage.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-task environment.
