Marketing Intern

General information:
Starting date: continuously
Duration: 3-6 months
Allowance: Stipend for food & transportation; Incentives on sales generated
Location: Beijing, China
Daily tasks:
- Maintain the client database but also develop it
- Follow-up on contacts (phone calls, emailing, etc)
- Coordinate events, from planning to organizing, making reservations, preparing flyers, coordinating, logistics etc.
- Keep marketing material up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
- Willing to learn and event minded
- People person and Customer Relationship Management oriented
- Strong computer skills (Excel, HTML, Photoshop (big plus))
- Experience with mailing list distribution is highly appreciated
- Experience in coordinating events is highly appreciated
- Fluent English
- Good command of Chinese is a big plus
Remarks:
- Training about the company and services will be provided
- Company courses offered on a monthly basis (PPT, Excel, Photoshop, time management)
- Hiring possibility at the end of the internship if both sides are satisfied
