Job Description

-Manage A3 (LEAN) projects according to the standard procedure.

- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization.

- Be part time trainer on Lean related topics, e.g. 5S, TPM, QCO, Pull and Levelling, Standardized work, Lean Line Design

- Promote standard BPS tools from central department

- Support on BPS assessment
