Project & Administration Assistant Intern

Daily tasks:
As a service organization composed of senior executives from abroad who are doing business in China, the opportunity is given to learn as much as you want about China and its working environment. We will do our best to make sure that the experience is valuable and enjoyable.
You will be involvement in corporate and social responsibilities projects and report to the Foundation’s Club Secretary. Depending on your background, competencies and your goal(s) coming to China, you may work directly together on club administrations or be assigned to work other types of projects with other committee or sub-committee chair. You will also participate in board meetings and bi-annual fund-raising events (spring and Christmas).
Requirements:
- Strong interest in charity work
- Looking to get hands-on experience in China
- Hard-working and punctual
- Proficient in using software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Website experience is preferred but not required
Remarks:
Working location: Heqiao, Guanghua Road or work at the office of the person in charge of the intern.
