MAN Truck & Bus (China) Co.Ltd, is looking for its new office in Jinan (Shandong) for a Senior Aftersales Manager – Spare Parts Operations (m/f)
MAN Truck & Bus AG, based in Munich, Germany, is the biggest company of the MAN Group, and a top-ranking international supplier of commercial vehicles and transport solutions. MAN Truck & Bus manufactures trucks in the range of 7.49 to 44 tonnes in gross weight, heavy special-purpose vehicles with a gross weight rating of up to 250 tonnes, city and intercity buses and coaches (complete buses and chassis), and diesel and natural-gas engines. In 2009, MAN acquired a 25%+1 share stake in Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Ltd., one of China’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers.
Your Tasks
• Definition of Parts Operations processes and functions
• Definition of spare parts systems and spare parts catalogue ("Parts Master Data file")
• Cooperate in planning of spare parts volumes and prices
• Definition of ordering and sourcing of spare parts
• Cooperate in planning spare parts logistic processes
• Coordination between relevant management at MAN and Sinotruk, e.g. aftersales, product management, order system management, purchasing and quality
• Monthly reporting
Your Qualification
• University degree in business administration and/or technical background
• 5-10+ years work experience within automotive sales/aftersales industry
• previous project management and leadership qualities
• Knowledge of spare parts IT systems
• Entrepreneurship, willingness to build up new structures and processes
• Good English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness for occasional travel to Singapore and Germany
• Experience working within an international team is a must
