Functions and Responsibilities
• Screen the applications and co-ordinate with HR department
• Communicate online in Social Networks with potential new employees
• Interact with customers via e-mail, phone and chat.
• Solve problems of our customers to ensure a good customer satisfaction
• Provide native-speaking Costomer Service for one of our targeting markets (in German, French, Spanish or English)
Requirements:
• Currently finishing up your academic training or professional education
• Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
• People person with interest in social networking
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and preferably good knowledge of a second language (German, French or Spanisch) as well

You will have a mentor who will accompany you through your development. Upon completing your 12-month Traineeship you will be offered a position as Junior Executive or Manager at Teebik. Each trainee will have an own individual training plan with a clear Corporate Career Progression Plan.
