Daily tasks:
This Chamber of Commerce in China is looking for an intern for the Office Team in Beijing.
The daily task will include:
Assisting in the execution of seminars, summits, conferences, high-level dinners and other events
Helping to coordinate activities between partners within the projects
Assisting in planning key projects and events
Assisting in writing and designing invitations and reports for events
Cooperating with the direct marketing and email-marketing of events
Requirements:
Benelux Citizen
Genuine interest in the Chinese Business environment
BA/MA level or relevant qualification in business, marketing, communication, international studies, economics
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Mandarin, Dutch and/or French is a plus
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Photoshop is a plus
Great organizational skills, multi-tasking and high degree of accuracy
Great interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident in dealing with clients and suppliers
A proactive team player and a self-starter, energetic and presentable
Remarks:
This internship will provide individuals with a valuable and substantial working experience. The Chamber of Commerce can offer involvement in various key projects and exposure to a wide range of foreign business and organizations in Beijing.
