Job Description

- Management of target costing projects and potential cost reduction measures and improvements

-Technical support to other departments (Purchasing and Manufacturing) during target costing processes

- Responsible for management of value stream analysis

- Technical collaboration with the lead plant in Germany in order to standardize engineering processes locally

Requirements

- You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering

- You have design engineering and project management skills

- You have experience in 2D and 3D design tools (AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer)

- Your native language is Chinese;You are expected to have a good hold over the English and/or German language

- You complete your profile with a sense of strong characteristics of initiative, team spirit and resilience
