Job Description

- Responsible for establishing the axion piston pump (AK) and Gear Technology (GT) Test Bench Facility in Beijing to release AK / GT components and to support the development of AK / GT products in a fast growing plant with ambitious target for the localisation of Engineering

- Hire new engineers for the testing area to build up the department and to establish a strong testing facility for the support of localization tasks, as well as for application / variant development. Follow PEP and offer testing services for Business units in Germany

Requirements

- Experience in testing area, capable to build up a department and guide it according to targets. English langauge knowledge mandatory, Preferrably knowledge in AK/GT products. Teamplayer, self-starting and capable to work in dynamic growing environment while being sensitive for intercultural issues
