Job Description

- Implementation of the Product development process (PEP) of Bosch Rexroth in Beijing plant (TEF, MOE, QMM, CLP, LOG, CTG,…) and set up of Simultaneous Engineering Teams (SE-Teams) for new products of plant

- Implementation of Plant Project Manager as team member and interface in global and local SE-Teams

- Leading the plant project manager for new and transfer product: Gear boxes of mobile application and wind energy, hydraulic pumps and motors.

- Responsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery of new and transfer projects

- Reports to Technical Plant Manager

Requirements

- Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field

- 3-5 years project management experience ; 3-5 years manufacturing experience

- 5 years experience in disciplinary leadership

- Managing experience in Quality

- strong result orientation, leadership strength and cooperation
