Job Description

- Design and development of assemby technology products according to the product engineering process

- Support for build-up and expansion of assembly technology competencies in China

- Project management for development and release of new products

- Preparation of pre- and after sales technical documentation

- Monitoring of competitors and technical benchmarking

- Material selection according to technical requirements, quality standards and local availability

- Transformation of customer requirements into internal specifications

- Cooperation and coordination with our lead development in Germany

- Technical support for localization projects as well as sales, purchasing, logistics and production

Requirements

- You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- You have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in design engineering

- You have experience with 3D-CAD (Pro/Engineer preferred) and MS-Office Programs; You have basic knowledge about quality methods (i.e. ISO9001, FMEA, 8D-report)

- You are a team player and able to communicate pro-actively to all levels

- You have an international mindset, international experience is preferred;You are fluent in Chinese and English, German language skills are an added advantage
