Job Description

- The program takes up to 24 months which are divided in 4 stations of 6 months each. You get to know different areas of the company in your personalized program

- A station abroad is an integral part of the program

- You demonstrate your abilities in supplier quality, quality management towards customer and manufacturing environment

- You handle projects independently which help you gain insights into global quality management functioning, while being involved in daily operations as well; In addition, you are to participate in cross functional areas like logistics, purchasing or human resource

- Your personal Mentor helps you in designing the program individually through necessary advise in your career planning

Requirements

- You should be close to completing your study of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering with excellent scores in your diploma, master’s or doctorate

- You already have acquired relevant experience in the context of internships undertaken

- You are keenly looking forward to diverse tasks in different functions; Additional knowledge of the Transmission, Gears, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Drive and Control units or Automation Technology is desirable

- You are globally mobile; You are expected to have a good hold over the English language and knowledge of German language is an added advantage

- You complete your profile with a sense of strong characteristics of initiative, team spirit and resilience
