Job Description

- Trainee in Quality department with assignments in process quality, system quality and customer quality to assure a comprehensive understanding of RB and CC quality

- Process Quality: process quality improvement, adherence to RB and ISO requirements in plant, safe launch

- System Quality: quality management system adherence for CC-CN, application of quality methods and tools for assuring quality in development and production

- Customer Quality: general & technical customer support, complaint management, relationship development

Requirements

- Master degree in technical field

- Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German)

- Have strong communication skills and leadership potential

- Open-minded and a good team player

- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
