Job Description

1. Two years training program within Bosch group.
2. Be a team member in Quality Management area.

Requirements

1. University degree in mechanical engineering.
2. Work experience in quality management.
3. Ability to establish and maintain quality control system.
4. Familiar with TS16949/ISO9001, also familiar with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, with auditor qualification.
5. Familiar with gear cutting and heat treatment processes.
6. Excellent English, ability in German would be a plus.
7. Initiative and self dependent.
8. Strength in decision making and very good communication skill.
9. Ability to work fully proficient and independently; Possess personnel management skills;
10. Experience with lead department or lead team of at least 5 people would be a plus.
11. Ability to teach and train other staff in problem solving.
