Responsibilities职责:
1. Be responsible for the purchasing of mechanical facilities and the accessories.
2. Be responsible for the purchasing of welding production materials and the accessorial tools, including hot rolled wire, strip.
3. Purchase goods and services to required specification and at lowest cost supporting the company
4. Negotiate contracts
5. Undertake regular vendor rating and evaluation assessments to ensure best sources of supply for goods and services for internal use.
6. Comply with all defined Group best practice for general purchasing activities
7. Conform with ethical practices and company policies in dealing with suppliers.
8. The incumbent will be available to assist with the completion of special projects as defined.
9. Source goods or services to support company trading activities

Qualifications要求:
1. Above college degree in materials’ sciences, engineering, welding or related.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Min.3 years in purchase area.
4.Fluent in listening, written and spoken English
5.Good computer skills. SAP an advantage
6.Requires strong skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail
7. Knowledge of production an advantage
