Responsibilities:
1、 • Responsible for budget and cost control of the quality department,
2 • Responsible to direct and lead quality department to set up and maintain BWG CN quality system to meet ISO9001 standard and ASME quality assurence and customer requirements. Lead and coordinate all necessary actions to ensure effective ISO9001 certification and to ensure we comply with group directives.
3 • Responsible to lead quality department closely monitoring production quality status and conduct periodically quality analysis. Conduct on line quality audit and work with production manager closely to make sure our production process under control. Provide periodical and standard quality analysis report. Maintain data on quality performance
4 • Responsible to work with purchase to monitor and manage supplier and subcontractor quality control. Manage lab to strictly control raw material quality and our products quality.
5 • Work with application technology team closely and responsible to coordinate all activities related to customer complains. Work with production and technology team to ensure response to customer complains and take effective corrective actions in time.
6 • Responsible to manage lab and all measuring equipment and tooling calibration to ensure effectiveness of the measuring system.
7 • Responsible to manage the QM module in SAP system. Work with technology department to review QM module in SAP system periodically.
8 • Lead, coach and train QA & QC & Lab team. Conduct periodically performance review with all team members.
9 • Coordinate and provide quality training to employees.
10 • Introduce efficient working systems for the sample preparation, welding and testing functions.
11 • Develop continuous improvement initiatives that integrate Total Quality Management and Lean concepts and take timely corrective and improvement activities to ensure QMS effective.

Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor or master diploma in quality management or welding field or metal materials
2、 >5 years practical experience on quality management; >3 year experience as a quality manager
3、 More experience on lab management and certification process of ASME quality system
4、 Knowledge of Lean operation and ERP system are necessary
5、 Very good quality sense. Put satisfying customer on the top priority.
6、 Strong communication / negotiation / coaching / training / and presentation skills,
7、 Good English in speaking and writing and understanding
8 Open minded, pragmatic, flexible, and adaptable.
