Responsibilities职责:
1. Leads the R&D team and reports R&D status to R&D manager
2. Steers the developing projects with PM tools and coaches the member of the R&D team. Responsible to ensure completion of projects to time and budget and achieve target properties.
3. Be responsible for product development of all products. The projects is initiated by the product council and it is the responsibility of the R&D Supervisor to complete and report the project to the product council.
4. After decision by QT Mgr / PL Mgr, establishes and follows a plan for qualification of new HRW and RM for all products. This includes approval or rejection of products.
5. A member of the product council in which all technical aspects of the complete product range shall be discussed and agreed. The product council shall consist of representatives from Sales, Technical application, Production and Logistic Departments
6. Supports the QT/Product Supervisor in handling and coordination of all technical enquires of products with special requirements (products not according to BTWCN-standard)
7. Supports the QT/Product Supervisor in handling and coordination of customer complaints
8. Supports the Sales Department with technical documentation such as reports, product specifications, material for brochures etc. and also application welding for the new products.
9. Initiates and plans the testing in production for new products and new raw materials. Final evaluation and approval.
10. Prepares and distributes all purchase specification, product specifications and qualified product lists.
11. Follows the business plan and quality objectives including continuous improvements set up by BWT China Management.
12. Coordinates all development work between BTWCN and BWG/Hamm, BWG/Kapfenberg and BWG/Seneffe, works together with European R&D engineer.

Qualifications要求:
1. Ability to form and lead the R&D and Product management team
2. Good communication in English.
3. Min 5 years experience in product development of welding consumables
4. Min 5 years experience of product and applications for welding consumables
