Responsibilities职责:
1. Coordinates the research and development activities for all products made in Suzhou for SMAW, MiG, TiG, SAW,. FCW. “
2. Coordinates with the sister companies in Europe for developments for China.
3. Develops the R&D skills in order to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the local products.
4. Participate in the R&D process to complete the priority actions.
5. Supports the preparation of applications for the approval process and actively progress the projects to completion and acceptance by sales.
6. Supports the sales company in China to identify good opportunities for business with new developments and build a sound case prior to commencing each research project.
7. Provides technical support to the in-house personnel and coordinate with sister companies in Europe on technical matters.
8. Actively participates in the team of personnel involved in the R&D process to ensure efficient and effective working practices.
9. Maintains records of development sand test results in line with required regulations.
10. Ensures safe working practices are maintained in the R&D process.

Qualifications要求:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in Technical development department in a metallurgical area.
2. Fluent English in speaking and writing.
3. Bachelor degree in metallurgy, process engineering or similar technical subject.
