Responsibilities职责:

• Study and understanding the company products and the technical knowledge accordingly. 学习并掌握公司的产品性能及应用技术知识。
• Responsible for technical support before or behind of sales, diagnosis and service for applications question.为售前、售中、售后提供技术支持，并对产品的应用提供服务。
• Frequent travel in China (mainland). 愿意经常性的全国范围内的出差。
• Actively seek new customers and new business opportunities，include manage direct sale and franchiser.积极寻找及开拓新客户，包括直销和分销商管理。
• Keep long-term customer satisfaction and push customers’ loyalty. 保持和维护与客户的合作关系。
• To achieve the sales assignment according to the company’s sales plan. 根据公司的销售计划，完成销售任务
• To make out work report and manage the relevant document 按公司要求进行工作汇报和相关文件记录及管理。

Qualifications要求:

• Above college degree in materials’ sciences, engineering, welding or related. 大专以上理工科学历，金属材料专业、工程学专业、焊接材料专业或相关专业.
• Fluent in listening, written and spoken English (CET-4 or above). 优秀的英文听、写、说能力，大学英语四级以上。
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 优秀的团队协作能力和沟通技巧。
• Sound technical background and min. 2 years sales related experiences in manufacturing plant are preferred. The special experiences one of the following fields will be considerate as a necessary condition: 具有专业技术背景，二年以上相关制造行业销售经验。并且必须具备以下至少一种特殊行业经验：
  1. Pipeline, pipe fabrication, LNG, Offshore & Seaport Eq. , Hydropower. 管道装配、液化天然气、港口、水电站。
  2. Cement Plant, Rolling Mill Hardfacing. 水泥厂、轧钢厂（耐磨堆焊）。
  3. Thermal Power, Heavy Civil Const. Eq.. 热电站、大型基础设施。
  4. Nuclear Power, Chemical & Paper. 核电站、纸厂。
  5. Hardfacing, Repair & Maint.. 耐磨堆焊、维修。
  6. Railway Wagon, Petrochemical,Hydrocracker, Shipyard. 铁路机车、石油化工、碳氢化合物分裂器,氢化裂解器、船厂。Sugar Mill, Brazing & Soldering. 制焊。
• Male, age 25-45. 男性，25至45周岁。
• Good computer skill. 良好的计算机应用能力.
