Job Descriptions:

• Establish, maintain and implement Greater China documented compliance system
• Work with different business division/supporting division to make sure the organization complies with group/regional/division compliance system requirement.
• Ensure sufficient compliance training, consulting and development internally and externally in Greater China
• Manage Greater China compliance audit process such as integrity audit, mystery audit and telephone visit to identify Non-Compliance issues and follow up with the deviations.
• Update applicable law and regulations related to compliance.
• Manage the suspicious non-compliance complaint cases investigation and follow up.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above, degree in law preferred
• 5+ years of working experience at compliance or legal aspect in foreign company, 3rd Party Testing/ Inspection/Certification Industry would be advantage
• Demonstrates strong organizational, process, y would be advantage
• Strong professional integrity and ethics communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a detailed manner.
• Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement teams
• Good command of language skill for English and Mandarin, Cantonese and German would be an advantage
• Good command of computer skill of MS office
• Willing to work over time and travel where necessary
