Job Description

- Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship;

- Achieve BP acquisition target and PS sourcing target and acquisition projects not in BP and market share target;

- Achieve BP UmD and SR target and profit target and PCR target;

- Localization Project management task of running business and know PjM Handbook well;

- CSIS quality of overdue OT, missing information and OKO/PA preparation quality;

- Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineer change request and delivery problem, etc.;

- Check customer forecast and make correct monthly order for SOP + 3 month;

- Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation;

- Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit;

- Collect information of competitor and marketing;

- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
