Job Description

- Make sure FOR & OEE to achieve our target;

- Reduce FOR and improve OEE by optimizing process and machine modification;

- Deal with quality issues and trouble shooting;

- Coaching and developing engineer during daily work;

- Keep contact with lead plant and manage 8D or standardized work flow related project;
