Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or Engineering, or related field
- At least 7 years of working experience in testing, inspection and certification or related industry
- Minimum of 5 years of professional practical sales experience
- Proven sales record
- Managerial experience and ability to coordinate project teams
- Familiar with tools/sources of information collecting/analysis
- In-depths knowledge of the market, including involved (governmental) authorities, institutions, organization etc., as well as developers and investors
- Familiarity with Business Fields under Industrial Services (Pressure
- Equipment and Materials Technology, Industrial Engineering Safety,
- Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology, Project
- Management and Supervision)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven record of success in development and supervision of subordinates
- Ability to reach objectives under pressure and work in a dynamic environment
- Initiative, creative, good interpersonal communication and coordinating skills
Languages:
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Good English skills required
- German a plus
- Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Coordination of sales activities for Industrial Services Greater China
- Networking and contact to customers, authorities, government, investors and developers
- Development of sales strategy and business plan and ensuring that company meets sales goals in set period
- Preparation of action plans for individuals and sales teams as well as supervision and coordination of local sales responsibles
- Pursuing sales leads and prospects
- Maintenance of accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Conduction of sales analysis’ and reporting to senior management
- Feedback on Market trends and customer voices to the related Business Stream managers
- Maintenance and development of success measuring tools
- Assisting Marketing Division in preparation of marketing materials
