Job Description

- Lead the simulation group, plan the resource and prioritize the capacity;

- Guide and support the technical topics in simulation;

- Communicate and cooperate with PT simulation groups;

- Train the junior simulation engineers, share experience to all product development engineers and contribute on the fundamental method and guideline for mechanical parts design;

- Work closely with product development group and engineers by simulation;

- Work independently on simulation topics, such as drop test, air flow simulation, multi body dynamics…;
