Job Description

- Push the BCS BDS/BDC workshop to operation according with Bosch service guidance;

- Help the BCS BDS/BDC workshop to improve service and management level;

- Instruct the BCS BDS/BDC workshop how to acquire the customers;

- Help BCS BDS/BDC solve the problem what concerning to Bosch;

- Implement sales strategy in BCS BDS/BDC channel;

- Develop new BCS BDS/BDC according to market needs and current BCS BDS/BDC capability;

- Support BCS BDS/BDC in marketing activities;

- Keep long-term BCS BDS/BDC satisfaction and promote BCS BDS/BDC loyalty to RBCT;

- Collect market information and feedback the information to related department;

- Maintain and update customer profile database/files;
