Job Description

- Implement long-term and short-term product strategy to achieve sustainable growth of responsible product;

- Define product program (set-up, adjust, or cancel) corresponding to market needs to help achieve turnover success;

- Ensure profitability through proactive cost management and adjusting marketing mix (such as repositioning);

- Develop new products and adjust sourcing to achieve market coverage; – Support sales with sufficient product information, such as sales argument, benchmarking with competitors to reach sales target;

- Regularly monitor business development of the products and in case of deviations propose measures and follow up measures by using methods of project management;

- Create input for communication strategy for product, based on USP, reason why and targets to be achieved;

- Communicate and coordinate with other teams to prepare catalogue, new leaflets/brochures, promotion materials, product training, workshops, etc;

-Collect and consolidate market information, including competitor information;

-Take cross-functional projects or tasks;
