Job Description

- Integrate personnel capacity planning, tracking capacity status and hiring success regularly;

- Recruiting, staffing of assigned functions of RBCC and organizing of personnel marketing.

- Deal with C&B related work including C&B policy, T&A management and Social Insurance & Public Housing Fund;

- SAP key user.

- Training plan, training implementation and employee development

Requirements

- Major in business administration or HR

- 3 years above experience in HR

- Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken
