The Customer Service business unit provides training, regional technical support, and material logistics for Asia-Pacific region.

Position Title:

Primary Duties:
-Foster market success of the product regarding customer acceptance and financial success.
-Develop product strategy and contribute to product portfolio planning.
-Elaborate business plans for products and define actions to increase product profitability.
-Responsibility for system or software requirement specification.
-Define system or software requirements based on market feedback and discussions with customers, sales, marketing, business administration, logistics, engineering and service.
-Ensure that implementation of requirements is in line with market needs.
-Plan and conduct clinical use tests at customer sites (e. g. market entrance phase).
-Organize and host product specific customer focus sessions and advisory meetings, perform market and competition analysis and use them to derive business implications.
-Responsibility for product specific price book and support of marketing and sales activities

Requirements:
-University degree in medicine, engineering, physics, economics or comparable.
-Previous experience in product management, marketing or comparable positions in complex development projects will be of great benefit.
-Understanding of market requirements and customer needs in the healthcare sector (radiology, radiotherapy planning, clinical workflow and processes, medical technologies).
-Understanding of medical imaging technology.
-Basic understanding of the sales, R&D, and controlling processes.
-Management and leadership skills, goal orientation, strategic thinking, analytical and flexible mindset.
-Talent to communicate to internal or external stakeholders and customers.
-Fluent command of the English and Chinese language is mandatory; in addition, German language skill is as well preferred.
-Ability for national and international travel is mandatory; in addition, flexible working time is highly appreciated
-Major Required: Electronics and Electrical, Automation Control, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines
