Primary Duties:
1. Clearly understand company strategy, business plan, communication plan/policies/guidelines
2. Support Communications Manager in developing and managing a communication plan partnering with modality managers and product managers to drive consistent communications message and expectations of Healthcare China.
3. Serve as a key consultant to the team for communications and marketing projects, and represent modality business needs in communications planning efforts across Healthcare China.
4. Partner with Communications team on news generation and content planning for communication vehicles such as internet, Intranet and on-going communications channels, including production of videos and other multimedia programming.
5. Event organization /supporting/coordinating: Trade show, exhibition, seminar, ceremony and internal staff meeting and training.
6. Manage suppliers and control budget in all kinds of material creation, production, execution and maintenance within company business ethics.

Requirements:
Experience
1. 3~5 years related experience in Communication
2. Advanced project management experiences to work successfully under pressure and in a time-constrained environment
3. Well organized and planning. Good communication skill
4. Preferably worked in multinational environment

Knowledge
5. Excellent command of oral and written English
6. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration, facilitation, & team building;
7. Strong marketing sense
8. Excellent writing and presentation skills
