Dear all,
I am looking for suitable and interested candidates for an HR Manager position in Dalian, China.
Here are the key-factors of this position.
Company: A leading European automotive company
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Location: Dalian, Liaoning Province, China
Travelling: Sometimes within China
# of subordinates: 10
Responsibilities:
+ Act as internal HR service provider and ensure compliant implementation HR policies across department
+ Handle staff complaints and resolve HR related problems
+ Coordinate important human resource measures with your functional counter parts in other countries and the company's top management
+ Conduct job interviews
+ Ensure compliance of employment contracts with the regional legal frameworks
+ Carry out workplace evaluations and changes in compensation
+ Compile human resource statistics
+ Cooperation in international human resource work across the international group
+ Regular communication and information to functional and disciplinary heads
+ Plan, budget and implement personnel growth to sustain business demands in the region
+ Other tasks as given by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in HR or related field
+ Relevant working experience in an HR function in China as well as in Germany
+ Knowledge about all relevant HR functions, such as C&B, Recruiting, Staffing, etc.
+ Working experience in large multinational companies would be beneficial
+ Ability to work in international working environment
+ Team player, self Starter
+ Inter-cultural sensibility
+ Great communication skills at all levels
+ German native speaker, fluent in English and good in Chinese
+ Willingness to work and live in Dalian, China
