Goals/Mission
Mechanical and thermal design of permanent magnet servo motors within product development process in R&D Development Division

Tasks
-Structural design and development of a new servomotor series
-Preparation, testing and implementation of design elements
-Definition and optimal integration of bought-in parts into the motor design
-Consideration of known production technologies and bought-in parts in the design
-Creation of technical drawings, supplier specifications and customer documentation
-Creation of inspection and test plans for the attainment of design verification
-Performance of design adjustments in order to meet customer-specific requirements and provision of support for the preparation of bids
-Performance of technical changes
-Assessment, evaluation and processing of technical complaints for sustained quality optimization

Education
Master degree or above

Knowledge/Languages
-Specialized knowledge of design engineering, machine elements and materials application
-Mechanical stress analyses, form and position tolerance analyses
-Structural design of aluminum die cast and plastic parts
-Motor standards
-Use of CAD software, preferably Pro/ENGINEER or Unigraphics NX
-FMEA – Communication skills in English

Experience
-More than 3 years experience in the design of electric motors, desirable servo motors
-Professional and project-related experience desirable
